About the course
What is Silver Route?
A $67 planning course for going silver. It picks the right transition for your color and gray level, maps it month by month, and gives you a script and a printable consult card for your stylist. It’s a decision course, not a technique course.
How long does it take to go silver?
It depends on your length, how fast your hair grows and the route you choose. Hair grows about 1.25 cm (half an inch) a month on average, so the dyed length you still have is the biggest factor. The free route picker gives you an estimate, and your full plan uses your actual length. Every timeline is an estimate: your hair and your stylist will change it.
Is there video of a real person?
Lessons are narrated, with diagrams and short hands-only clips from a licensed stylist.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Silver Route runs in your phone’s browser. You can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app.
Your hair and safety
Can this stop or reverse gray?
No. There’s no proven treatment that brings color back to gray hair. Silver Route is a plan for going silver on purpose.
Will this work on box-dyed hair?
Yes. Your plan adjusts. Tell your stylist exactly what you’ve used, and expect a strand test.
What if I’ve reacted to hair dye before?
Your plan avoids dye-based routes. Talk to a doctor or dermatologist before any color service.
Does the course teach bleaching at home?
No. Lightening and color removal should be done by a licensed professional. The course explains what they are, their risks and what to ask for, and every plan asks for a strand test first.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, every time. The FDA advises a skin patch test before every dye, even one you’ve used before. Every lesson and tool that mentions dye, demi or toner reminds you.
What if my scalp itches or burns?
Stop, rinse, and contact a healthcare provider. You can also report a reaction to the FDA. Silver Route doesn’t give scalp or hair-loss advice.
Your stylist
Do I still need a stylist?
Usually yes, except for Cut and Grow. The course makes those visits count: you’ll know what to ask for, what it should cost, and how far apart to book.
What if my stylist hasn’t done a gray transition before?
Module 3 covers finding a stylist who does gray transitions, what to say at the consult, how to read a quote, and when to get a second opinion.

How much does it cost?
