The 30-day guarantee
Try Silver Route for 30 days. If it isn’t useful, email us and we’ll refund you in full. There are no conditions tied to salon results, and you don’t need to explain why.
It covers everything you bought with it: the course ($67), the Grow-Out Style Pack ($17) and Silver Color Refresh ($37).
How to ask
Email us within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with (or tell us which one it was). We reply within two business days.
The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, through our payment provider, Polar. When it shows up depends on your bank.
After a refund
Your access to the course and its tools ends when the refund goes through.
