What Silver Route is

Silver Route is educational content about planning a hair color transition. It is not medical or professional cosmetology advice. Results depend on your hair, your stylist and time. Always follow product directions and do a patch test before any dye or toner.

Timelines are estimates. Your growth rate, hair and stylist will change them. Lightening and color removal should be done by a licensed professional after a strand test.

Your purchase

Each purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime personal access to what you bought. There’s no subscription. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which also issues your receipt.

Refunds follow our refund policy: 30 days, in full, no conditions tied to salon results.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure, and don’t share your access with others.

Your content

Photos and notes you add stay yours. You let us store them only to run the course for you, and you can delete them at any time.

Our content

Lessons, scripts, diagrams and tools are ours. You may print your own plan and consult card and share them with your stylist, but not resell or republish the course.
