Who we are
Silver Route is run by Zentient AI, LLC. This policy covers this website and the Silver Route course.
What we collect
Your email address, when you buy, sign in, or ask us to email your route.
Your answers about your hair (color, gray level, length, budget and so on), so we can build your plan. The free route picker keeps its answers in your own browser; if you ask us to email your result, we store only the route it picked.
Progress photos, only if you add them. They sit in private storage that only you can open. We never use them in marketing unless you sign a separate consent form.
Purchase details from our payment provider, Polar. We never see your full card number.
How you use the site and course (pages viewed, lessons finished, tools used), so we can improve it.
Advertising
If you arrived from an ad, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure it. They receive standard events only (a page view, a lead, a checkout, a purchase). They never receive your hair details, quiz answers, route or photos.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Silver Route: Polar (payments and receipts), Resend (email) and Render (hosting). We don’t sell your information.
We send the emails you need (sign-in links, receipts, your plan) and, if you want them, reminders and course updates. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can delete your data from your account settings, delete any or all of your photos at any time, or email us and we’ll do it for you.
